Our clients selected a site on Linden Street with an older home that could not feasibly be renovated or expanded and was razed creating a site for this new residence. The primary objective was to create a home filled with light and views to the ravines beyond and create traditional character without being overly formal. With defined sight lines, this home maintains flowing floor plans and individual room character. Approximately 10,000 square feet.
